Song for a Wolf

It was a beautiful day, we were in the spring,

Wind blew, grass danced,

And a wolf waited here, waited for nothing,

Smelling what the breeze carried,

And thinking what the destiny will bring.

He wanted only to have somebody that he loved.

Suddenly, he saw a young she-wolf close to the river, she was drinking,

He approached her and looked at her.

She-wolf rubbed her muzzle against his, during he was closing his eyes and saying nothing.

But an old wolf came, showing his bloody teeth, all red.

It jumped on the young wolf, she-wolf screamed,

The fight was fierce, a wolf bit, a wolf scratched,

Poor she-wolf, who was crying.

Later, the two wolfs collapsed, both dead.

The she-wolf spread, ever crying,

To never wake up next morning, too sadness, dead.
